Shina Music Entertainment provides free music distribution services, allowing artists to:

  • Distribute music to 150+ streaming platforms and digital stores
  • Track performance analytics and royalties
  • Manage their music catalog
  • Receive royalty payments (85% share)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Own or have proper licenses for all submitted content
  • Not upload content that infringes copyrights or other rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in fraudulent streaming or other manipulation

4. Content and Copyright

You retain full ownership of your music and content. By using our service, you grant us:

  • License to distribute your content to designated platforms
  • Right to use your content for promotional purposes
  • Permission to process and store your content securely

5. Royalties and Payments

We distribute 85% of collected royalties to artists

Payments are subject to:

  • Platform fees charged by streaming services
  • Payment processing fees
  • Currency conversion fees (if applicable)
  • Minimum payment thresholds

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Promotes illegal activities

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shina Music Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
