Anti-Fraud Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026
Shina Music Entertainment has zero tolerance for streaming fraud, chart manipulation, and any activity that artificially inflates plays, sales, or revenue. Our platform, and the wider music industry, depends on trust.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, click farms, or any automated system to generate streams or downloads.
- Paid streaming services or "stream buying" of any kind.
- Uploading content you do not own or have permission to distribute.
- Metadata manipulation intended to mislead listeners or algorithms.
- Chart manipulation across any DSP.
Detection
We monitor all releases using industry-standard fraud detection tools and cooperate directly with DSP integrity teams. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our team.
Consequences
Confirmed fraudulent activity may result in withheld royalties, chargebacks from DSPs, permanent removal of releases, account termination, and legal action. Chargebacks issued by DSPs will be deducted from your account balance.
