4. Content and Copyright

You retain full ownership of your music and content. By using our service, you grant us:

• License to distribute your content to designated platforms
• Right to use your content for promotional purposes
• Permission to process and store your content securely

5. Royalties and Payments

We collect royalties from streaming platforms and distribute 85% to artists, minus:

• Platform fees charged by streaming services
• Payment processing fees
• Currency conversion fees (if applicable)

Payments are typically made monthly, subject to minimum payment thresholds and reporting delays from platforms.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Violates any laws or regulations
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Promotes illegal activities

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
