Welcome to Shina Music Entertainment ("Shina", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you register on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the music, artwork, metadata, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Shina a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, transmit, and deliver Your Content to digital service providers strictly for the purpose of providing the distribution service.

3. Representations

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to distribute Your Content, and that Your Content does not infringe third-party rights, violate any law, or contain fraudulent material.

4. Fees & Payments

Subscription fees are billed annually and non-refundable except where required by law. Royalties are paid in accordance with our Royalty Policy once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service to upload infringing content, engage in streaming fraud, manipulate charts or analytics, or otherwise abuse the platform. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of royalties.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will initiate takedowns from digital service providers, though removal timing depends on each store.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shina's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
