DMCA Policy

Shina Music Entertainment respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how to submit and respond to copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content distributed through Shina infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@shinamusicentertainment.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material to be removed (release title, artist, ISRC/UPC if known, and store links).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to info@shinamusicentertainment.com containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
